Kotak Mahindra Bank — Bank statement not providing for closed account

I had a salary account in ING vysa bank in 25 feb 2009. The same account was closed on 26 nov 2011. The tenure was during ING vysa bank.

I need bank statement 01.04.2010 to 01.02.2011 period.

Now bank is merged with kotak mahindra bank. They are not entertaining case as it was closed before merger in kotak mahindra bank.

Customer care also not providing any help and cut the phone calls.

Please tell kotak mahindra bank to provide the same.

A simple bank statement can not be provided by such bank.
No action by kotak bank. Is this the way to handle the old customer
