Kotak Mahindra Bank — Bank withholding funds without any reason

My CRN number is 28519014.

I deposited a cheque for 10 lakhs with cheque number 000075 yesterday[protected] at Perambur branch(Door No 63G & 63G1, Old No41, 70 Feet Rd,
Jawahar Nagar, Chennai, Tamilnadu)and it got credited to my account.
But the bank is holding the funds without giving proper reasons. I have never had such experience in any of my other banks.

I need this amount urgently for settling some emergency medical reasons.
Please take action and release the amount immediately.
