I called many a times at customer care numbers of kotak to update me about moratorium policy.
But no calls are being attended properly and no executive available..
For april may june 2020.. Due to lock down our business was totally shut down and from jul onwards i m paying my emi... I paid july 2020 emi also..
Now problem is kotak is hitting my acc regularly and my bank is levied me a charge of 259 regulaly..
My request is not to represent ecs now and i will be paying on regular basis..
From dec 2016 i m paying my emi regularly exception of 3 months as mentioned..
All incidental charges may kindly be remitted.
