Kotak Mahindra Bank — Cash withdrawal charges at non - home branch | |||
I am the a/c holder of kotak mahindra bank from last 3.5 years; i am having corporate salary a/c, They have charging for cash withdrawal at non home branch under the gsfc category. They are deducted money 3 times when i am opened this account they don't have such charges (Uplaoded image) i have visited my home branch hadapsar, magarpatta city road, pune, maharashtra. But they are not having any clear idea on charges on what bases they are charged. I am not aware of this charges and they are not informed me while withdrawing money. If such charges are there they should inform me at the time of withdrawing or they should deducted money immediately but they didn’t do that. Bank deducted the money after 13 days for one transaction, after 11 days on second transaction and after 30 days on third transaction. 01/06/2016 Chrg: cash withdrawal 02052016 guntur (Value date:29/05/2016) Tbms -7, 413. 88 07/05/2016 Chrg: cash withdrawal 26042016 guntur Tbms -4, 408. 25 04/05/2016 Chrg: cash withdrawal 21042016 guntur (Value date:03/05/2016) Tbms -2, 905. 44 Who has given right to kotak mahindra bank to deduct the money without informing us? Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want. There should be some formal process for doing all these things. Worst banking experience...One of my friend has similar problem with the bank without any information they charged him.
When he asked for the same with the bank then the real dark side of the bank can into picture
They showed him hidden terms after.
My suggestion is to close your account with the bank and move to any other bank.
There tag should be "KONA KONA CHETERS"

I would say "It is the worst bank in India with full of cheating policies."
This bank has neither vision nor value but a mission to make money by cheating its customers.
It is also observed that this bank will show many hidden terms and conditions once you got cheated.
Its a global request to everyone to close their accounts If they don't want to be cheated.
