[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — Complaint Against Bank’s ATM withdrawal

My Brother went to the ATM of “UBI Bank” On[protected] at “Mamura Sec-66”.With my ATM Card of Kotak Mahindra Bank (CRN No:[protected] to withdrawal 3000/- Rs on My behalf. But suddenly ATM Machine was hanged up and get paused. And he left the place to reach another ATM for withdrawal. But unfortunately he reached next ATM “BOB” Already 10000/- rs was withdrawal from previous ATM (UBI Mamura). Then He called up me and I immediately launched a complaint in BANK for the same. And the Customer Care team asked me to wait for 3 days to find out the reason for solution. After that on[protected] I got the written reply on mail from customer care team that they will refund my money in next 7 working days as per RBI guidelines. I was waited for my amount, and today I make them call to confirm the status for the same than they told me that I won’t get my money back as they have not find ATM mistake in all this issue. Now they suggested me to launch a FIR with you, so that according to the base of “FIR” they will get the” CCTV” footage from “UBI” Bank of that day for that particular ATM location. Hence, I Am requesting you to please do the needful for my issue, as this money is very important for me. I am from a village background and a student, cant have that much extra money to get waited for this such a long time. I need your help and support on priority, as without your interfairence i wont get justice.

As per the telephonic conversation with customer care team of Kotak Bank, they told me to deposit hard copy of Police complaint to near by branch.
But when I went to branch manager he refused to take the hard copy of police complaint and to raise a complaint against it, as per him he wont do anything till the time he gets the written comments for the same on my previous complaint from customer care team.
After that I again contacted to Customer care team, again their suggestion was same to deposit hard copy of police complaint in near by police station. But when I told them the statement of Branch Manager Of Kotak Bank (sec-63, Noida) She told me that she will do the needful, But she hasn't done anything till now again its been Five days of all this, as I was in to again in all this since 1st of October2014
Now just awaited for help from Kotak Bank And from Noida Police
