Kotak Mahindra Bank — Consumer durable loan refund request | |||
Hello My Self Kishor Dattatraya Kale, On 23/01/2021 I have purchased Sony 48 "7500H television from Reliance Digital Shop. I took a consumer loan 53630/- account number CFB3485805 CRN No[protected] from Kotak Mahindra Bank to buy a television. On that time your sales representative Miss Snehal mam (m) [protected] told that when ever two installments of the loan are debited from your account, then you will get cash back credit in your account. For this I have also signed Auto Debit form. But they deliberately did not submit my auto debit form with my bank. When the loan installment date came, I noticed that the loan installment was not debited from my account. So I brought this matter to the notice of that madam. And I paid for that month through Google pay account.Even next month my loan installment was not debited from my account so I paid the installment through phone pay. My three installments were debited but no cash back was credited to my account. So I called your customer care service and asked for my refund. Now they told me that your loan installments have not been debited from your account so you will not be able to get a refund. I realised that I had been deceived. Now from this month July 21 they initiate my Auto Debit as they know that now customer not eligible for cash back. How can you refuse my refund when there is nothing wrong with me. Your loan representative Snehal (m) [protected] deliberately did not send my Auto Debit form. Do not pick up the phone by repeated calls. Reliance digital showroom does not meet the last. And try to avoid me. Kotak Mahindra Bank had a different reputation in my mind. But after all this, the bank's reputation deteriorates. There is nothing wrong with me in all this. I pay my loan installments regularly. Please pay attention to this type of cases, because many people like me are being deceived in this way. I will get my cash back refund. I hope so.
