Kotak Mahindra Bank — credit card call harassment | |||
My name is pavan kumar sevakula registered under phone number [protected] with kotak mahindra bank. I have taken a credit card for which i am paying my bills regularly. However, i have been getting around 6 to 7 calls every day from a random kotak costumer support asking to pay the credit card bill. This is going berserk and i am tired of telling them and explaining my stance. Please take an action on this at the earliest. Fyi i am soon going to cancel my relation with kotak.
