Kotak Mahindra Bank — Credit Card Charges

Sales executives provide false information to customers. They called me 6 times to sell their platinum credit card and informed that there will be no annual charges and joining fees for the same. This same thing was informed at least 5 times to me by different sales executives. Then the card got delivered and it was mentioned in the supportive documents that there will be annual charges of Rs.500 and it would be waved off only when you spend Rs.50, 000 annually. So, I want to get this card closed. These people lie to customers only for the sake of completing targets.
