Kotak Mahindra Bank — Credit card collection torture and verbal abuse | |
Dear Sir Myself Dinesh Balaji I have not paid my 3 month credit card bills due to personal reasons and my mother expired in the month of May due to COVID so I had financial crisis so only I was not able to pay.So the Kotak Mahendra Collection agents treat customers very badly and I had personally experienced it they mentally torture by continuously calling and they also verbally abused me and they texted me with abusive words this is not professional So I’m mentally upset.
