[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — Credit Card Delivery

I would like to make a complain regarding my credit card dispatch from Kotak bank. I was issued a new card 2 years ago and never received same after several calls and reminder to bank, customer care. They always redirect me to some other concern person and providing non-working numbers. I never received such denial and ignorance services and believed that kotak is best to go with.. But it has become utmost level of frustration for me now.
