Kotak Mahindra Bank — Credit Card fraudulent by the Kotak bank | |||
My Kotak credit is blocked permanently from over an year, I have already made all the dues as per the bank still they are charging me for a blocked card. Is this not a fraud? Over 5000 rs is due as per the bank of a blocked card. When I ask them to mail the complete statement, the bank says talk to customer care. When I call the customer care, they ask for mpin which is not even recognised by me. I have paid over 2 lac rs to Kotak credit card not swiping more than 1 lac as well. How can a bank charge on a permanently blocked credit card. Shame on such a bank Was this information helpful? | |||
