Kotak Mahindra Bank — Credit Card Harassment to Senior Citizen | |
I took Credit Card from Kotak Mahindra Bank in Dec 2016. Everything was going smooth I am using. but after covid situation my business complete shutdown as I have a small travel agency. After that I struggled a lot. and some how I managed and paying some partial amount. till last july 2021. But every time Bank recovery agent was calling and scolding me. and this time they harassed my parents (as they are senior citizen) My dad age is 74 & my mother age is 66 threatening like hell telling them your son is chor. Apni Maa ke jevar bech ke paide de and all Bank ka paisa khaya. They are calling 100 times in each cell number (Me/My Wife/ Mother & Father) My family member will not pay the credit amount. Its me who agree them to pay from next month but Their senior is not agree and talking rubbish also he informed their team to threatening my family their. I am sharing the calling numbers from where we are getting harassment calls you can check the recorded tapes what I speak and what they speak like hell. Senior - [protected] Executive - [protected] [protected] Above are the numbers who threatend my family in case anything happen to them blame will come to KOTAK Bank My father is a hear patient and my mother is a blood pressure patient.
