ENDING: ...2721 Dear Sir, I have done a transaction on the BIG BASKET App. on 29/03/2021 ( MBO[protected] because there was a promotion from Kotak Bank for an instant cashback of 10% on the debit card. However the offer was rejected on my card, without any valid explanation. Kindly take up our issue on a priority issue. Thanks...
