Kotak Mahindra Bank — Credit Card- Reversal Letter payment fulfillment | |||
I had lost my Job in Mar'20. Hence I was unable to make my CC payments. I started a new job in Nov'20 and requested for payment plan option. I was given a Reversal Payment plan option by my collection Officer, Nitesh Sawant. My EMI was for 12, 800/ for 5 Months. Starting from December'20 to April'21. I made all my payments while I kept getting collection calls. Now since my, I have fulfilled my payment plan. I would want to get all the charges reversed so that I can close my Credit card. Kotak Bank cant help me as they tell me to speak to the collection people. They keep on giving me numbers of Collection officers, some answer and say they are on the field, or my account is not with them. The Last call that I got was from Sagar Thakkar's team. His person Sachin spoke to me and said he will check but it's been 7 days nothing has been done. Shoba Devendra from Kotak Bank had called me and said she will help me and I don't have to call anyone but nothing was done. All my emails to Sagar.[protected]@kotak and sobha.[protected]@kotak has been answered.
