Kotak Mahindra Bank — deduct imps charges | |||
I have done an imps from kotak to obc bank as on 13.09.17 for amount 100/- agst ref no[protected]. From this date no bank charges deduct. After this as on 25.10.17 bank deduct charges for rs - 5.90/- for this transaction whereas there is no bank charges are applicable on imps as per bank schdule. Name Paramjit singh account no.[protected]. Dt[protected]. Transaction number CBSN178301. for withdrawal of Rs 3700. At canra bank ATM. Cash not received but balance dedcted from account so please refund my Rs 3700 i shall be very thankful to you

No one accepting call and even after calling on customer care no call cut automatically.i have given request for cheque book but till now not receive .third class services given by kotak bank
Sir 10s coin are not accept your Branch cashier in ludhiana Cash deposit extra charges
