I received sms from kotak mahendra bank that Transaction of rs 1399 has been made on kotak credit card xx6545 on 03-dec at oneassist consumer sol. This is done without my permission. There was also a mail from one assist team. I dont know this company and this kind u[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I have Kotak 811 Savings account in kotak mahindra. My brother had to transfer me some money to clear my credit card minimum due.. so he transferred to my kotak account. Total amount he transferred was ₹40000. But only ₹0. was updated as my account balance. i am not able to withdraw that amount. Please help me with this.
