Kotak Mahindra Bank — Derogatory behaviour and not following rbi guidelines

I have missed my credit card due date on 10th OCT, and I have informed customer service executive to provide until 20th OCT to repay the payment. However my contact details are shared with recovery team, the details regarding the recovery team/agency was not share with officially which is a RBI mandate, this person was contacting me through WhatsApp as a Kotak executive with out providing any identity card, I have ignored the person as I they might be a scammer, I have paid the minimum payment on 20th Oct and on 21st OCT, the same guy have made derogatory remarks on paying the minimum payment, which has bridged the gap that the person in contact is employed by Kotak Mahindra bank, Kotak bank team are behaving in uncivilised manner and as gundas
