three times i send the mail to Nodal officer also but he is also not even bother to give reply or asked the concern team about the update on this complain or call to customer and get it resolve same.

This is the third remainder regards to dispute complain on my credit
card and I am not getting any reply of the mail if the bank and the
concern department is not interested to solve the same i will do take
it in to the consumer court.
