I was told by the bank executive from mumbai that all the required documents will be collected from my address on moday 27/02/2017 by an executive mr. Nitin S K:-([protected]). But he never called me or tried to contact me instead i called him three times on 28th february, 29th february and first february but he never showed up to collect the documents. If you are unable to collect my documents and open an account then pls return my money (rs. 5000/-) as soon as possible otherwise i am planning file a case against your bank in consumer court Delhi. I had returned a product on myntra on 15 February 2017. The refund was initiated on the same day but the amount has not been credited to my account.I contacted myntra they said that they have initiated the refund. There is something on part of bank. Why the amount has not been credited?
