On 21 February 2024 (Evening) Kotak deducted 1 times ECS charges 503.99 (INR) and never got any notification about charge deduction.
They atleast warn us about ECS charge as being a reputed bank.
I found it when I checked my bank statement. (Same Day)
Worst customer care support. I tried many times about my issue of ECS charge deduction but they never pick up calls.
I have paid my EMI on time, there is no valid reason for ECS deduction from Bank.
EMI was paid on 5th February, and Rajorpay tried auto debit on 6th February, so that ECS charge not applicable I this situation.
I want my money back, otherwise I will take legal action.
Tonight I'm starving, I need to buy food, but they stolen my money without any valid reason.
Please return my hard-earned money.
