Dear sir/ maam I am giving Gold loan from Kotak Mahendra Bank having loan account number is GLN1821110 And saving account number is [protected], you did not deduct ECS directly every month from my Kotak bank account why? that'y my cibil score down so please solve my this problem and increase my cibil score as soon as possible.
