Today I received a call from arepresentative of Kotak Bank regarding pending dues for the past three months. The person who called me provided their mobile number as [protected] and thecall took place at 18:15. When I requested proof of the outstanding dues forthe past three months, the caller avoided the question and gave variousunrelated responses & spoke rudely.They insisted that I visit the Kotak Bank office in Egmoredirectly, but I questioned the need for such a visit. I informed them that Ihad purchased goods from Vasanth & Co and that I would provide statementproofs of payment to the respective branches of Vasanth & Co.
In an unfortunate turn of events, the caller informed me that the owner of Vasanth & Co is dead andquestioned how I could contact him. Furthermore, during our conversation, thecaller insulted the late owner of Vasanth & Co.
Today I visited the Vasanth co showroom and met a Branch Manger with kotak staff members to register these complaints & his given id also send mail to this id about this incidents said that payments proofs attached in this mail.
I kindly request that Kotak Bankand your staff members provide proper training on customer communicationskills. It is important to educate them on how to effectively interact withcustomers. I hope you understand the significance of this request and I thankyou in advance for taking the necessary steps to address this matter
