Hi kotak m bank team, Few months ago, i opened a 811 acc. I mean zero balance acc. For my scholarship purpose as u know scholarship are little bit late and thts whyvi haven't access the account and deposits no money in the account i thought there ia no need of depositing money because its a zero balance acc. Bt after few months later message came that 531/- charged due to non - maintaining.. Why this is happened... At the time when ur executive came to open my acc. They neither told me the rule.. So this wrong... Thts why i am totally unsatisfied with ur policy thts why i am closing my acc.... Even ur customercare support is very late...
