Kotak Mahindra Bank — Fraud by kotak credit card department and harassing | |
Hello sir, I am Deepak Saini, I was using credit card of Kotak Mahindra Bank card no is [protected]. Last year before lockdown I got stuck and couldn't pay the credit card payment, so I got call From Miss Ritu Gupta kotak card department Noida ( up). I ask miss Ritu Gupta to settle my account she said it would be done you would have to pay 46500 rupees, I was unaware of processor of credit card settlement because I never used it before this one, so I decided to settle my account and I said yes to Miss Ritu Gupta and she send one person, who credit card payment collector, His name is Mr. Ramesh, so he came to me and I paid cash payment to him. They send me message of payment receiving. After that Ritu Gupta told me she would send Noc in two days, I did trust on her but she didn't send any Noc to me so I used to message her and did call many time but I didn't get any response from her side, finally after few months I got message for pay the credit card payment that time I realized I got cheated by that Miss Ritu Gupta. That is what happened to me, after that every month I got message and call for pay the credit card payment I told them what happened with me and obviously I had paid full payment in one shot. Last month one person message me and told me he is kotak bank lawyer from tees Hazari court Delhi and you have to pay the rest of credit card payment, I told him I did it already last year in June, so he said this time if you pay 7500 then I would provide you NOC, so I thought I would have to clear this mess and did payment of 7500rs through online. He told me he would give me that NOC in two days but since I didn't get any Noc, means I got cheated again. I do not understand why the bank system is that much corrupted, everyone just want to cheat customers. Now With some hope I am raising my complaint so please resolve this and Provide me my Noc, I did mention my credit card no. So you can check the all detail when I paid one shot payment to settle account and why I got cheated all times. Hoping for unbiased justice and to get my Noc. Here is my credit card no.
