Kotak Mahindra Bank — Fraud Charges or balance deducted from my Kotak Salary account after getting NDC Letter of CREDIT Cards | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, Please intervene as I need your help to get my issue addressed and resolved. Actually, I cleared my Credit card outstanding last time and I got the No Due Certificate (already shared them 2 times) as well. Afterwards, there is an unauthorized transaction done in my saving account without my consent. Kotak Bank representative is getting me suffered by just playing between their collection department and customer support executive. As per last update from the Collection department, since the issue is related to my saving accounts, they told me that please contact customer care. I don't know why Kotak bank is not resolving this issue properly. I requested them to reverse my money debited for Rs. 7567 and confirm me back since the collection manager is not entertaining this saving account transaction as per the last update given to me. Please help me to get my credit refunded because they have done the unauthorized transaction to my account without my consent and after clearing my credit card outstanding and receiving No Due Certificate from Kotak Bank itself.
