Kotak Mahindra Bank — Fraud Transactions performed by Kotak Bank | |||
Kotak Bank without seeking approval, without consulting the customer has enrolled the customer into some CPP policy since last year. Customer complained last year about it and till date no resolution has been provided and an amount of Rs. 2199/- is still pending to be credited. Again this year on April 7th, they debited an amount of Rs. 2199/- as part of the renewal process. I would like to understand who gave them the permission to enroll customers without permission. I want complete refund as Kotak Bank is indulging into fraudulent transactions and looting customers. I want this to be reported to higher authorities as well as this bank needs to be exposed of how it is making money through unfair practices. Refund my full amount which accounts to 4398 rs.
