I am era moses ex employee of kotak mahindra bank mumbai my employee id was 129092and my last day with bank is on 8/9/19 but i have not received my relieving letter and full and final settlement. So i requested you to send me my experience letter and last month salary. I need it on urgent basis as i have some medical emergencies. I have spoken to her but they said it will take time. Aug month salary was also not processed. Kindly check and revert asap

I had visited to the near branch, I submitted the address proof but finally, I was received one message; address mismatch. Finally, I went bank they said your account was frozen due to address mismatch. What I desired please close my account. please kindly do the needful. MY CRN NUMBER IS [protected].
