Kotak Mahindra Bank — Harassment in covid

I am a customer since 2015. I maintained lakhs fo ruppes in my savings account. I have been paying all my dues regulalry including my credit card. But i got sudden harassment from kotak. My amount was blocked in my account. When i contacted they said for credit card dues amount put on hold. Not good. I opted for moratorium till 31t aguust. I am an educational consultant. My profession has been closed during in covid. It will take another 2 months. So that i opted for moratorium. I did not expect bank will do like this. Please stop harassment. I have to maintain my family during covid and meantime this type of harassment from bank gives me more trouble. So release my amount.
