I purchased laptop from reliance digital Asansol branch against finance loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank. My E mandate was successful with appropriate charges deducted from my account. After this also my auto debit feature is not working! Branch is saying it is fault of your mother bank which is Union bank of India, Raniganj branch! Since i had a successful e mandate done, my mother bank holds no fault here! They asked kotak branch of Asansol to mail the head office o[censored]nion bank and resolve the issue as it the fault from the side of kotak bank. The loan account head is not listening about this! After innumerable calls and complaints i have got no help! My emi got bounced twice and because of this my CIBIL score is badly affected! I want my matter to be resolved with immediate effect as it is already 2 months seeking help and solution! Kotak bank is the worst of all and has zero efforts to help and address their customers! Inspite of having all the faults, they are just blaming my mother bank and harassing me for money on the due date! Apart from this no solution is provided! Kindly help!
