My name is Mohan Maggo, I'm a credit card customer with kotak mahindra bank. I've written this email to notify you that. Since few days some Recovery Legal team are giving torture and depression to me by giving threats for taking my case in the court for not paying the credit card outstanding balance since many years. Unfortunately let me tell you something about my financial situation and stability. Since March 2019 I'm jobless and my professional career has been spoilt and blacklisted so I was unable to find a job. Other side I'm driving my own two wheeler vehicle in Rapido company as bike taxi and I'm earning ₹300 per day and managing my expense and feeding my widow mother. I'm going through very tough time and I'm mentally disturbed and suffering from depression issues. But the legal team of Kotak Mahindra Bank are doing so much harrasment with me on daily basis without understanding of my financial situation. They are sending illegal court letter ✉️ to my residential address and sending goons in the absence of mine. Respected sir and madam please help me out with this situation and provide me the best possible outcome. My last payment on credit card I've paid ₹2000 on 31st July 2023. I have serious intentions in clearing my total outstanding in the month of November and December 2023.
