Kotak Mahindra Bank — Incorrect Charges / Fraud

I am a Kotak mahindra bank customer .. I have purchased fuel by swiping the debit card at Petrol Pump thinking there will be no Surcharge because As per RBI all charges has been waived off and all banks are following the same Rule however Kotak Mahindra bank has its own rules he does not follow RBI .. They have charged me 11.50/- As a surcharge and when i spoke to them they simply denied as they can not waive off this fee...

I also have a a.c with Axis bank and i am getting messages and emails from them that all surcharges has been waived off, i have attached a email screen shot as well but these guys say that RBI has not given such instructions because they just dont care about their customer's and other banks Do...

Also the management is so rude at Tilak Nagar & rajouri garden branch. They don't respect the customer's, & don't know how to talk and behave with the customer's.

I would go an close my a/c along with my all referrals who have opened the a/c after my suggestion ...i will also post this on Social media so that people can get to know these cheaters...Be aware from these 420 people...

Updated by premp2 Its been more then a week, i got a seperate message from kotak to email on [protected]@kotak.com kind of id which i did it but i did not get any responce till now...cz they just dont want to show their cheater face from public...to save themselve...why dont they reply here n why in a seperate message box n why did not repy yet...

Now i will going to share the snapshots on facebook, whatssapp twitter n other sites to show the public how smart kotak bank is in cheating the people...dont folowing the govt n rbi guidlelines...n not reversing that

Updated by premp2 I got the update from the bank that the merchant has charged this amount and they asked me to contact the merchant..but why i will contact them, this is bank's responsibility ... Recently i have purchased fuel by using my SBI debit card and i got extra surcharge for 11.50/- and today automatically i got the reversal for the same.. so KOTAK bank also have to work like this...when every body is waiving off the Fuel surcharges so why Kotak is not doing it...They are keeping it in their pocket ...Bloody cheaters..
