Kotak Mahindra Bank — Incorrect Charges / Fraud | |||
I am a Kotak mahindra bank customer .. I have purchased fuel by swiping the debit card at Petrol Pump thinking there will be no Surcharge because As per RBI all charges has been waived off and all banks are following the same Rule however Kotak Mahindra bank has its own rules he does not follow RBI .. They have charged me 11.50/- As a surcharge and when i spoke to them they simply denied as they can not waive off this fee... I also have a a.c with Axis bank and i am getting messages and emails from them that all surcharges has been waived off, i have attached a email screen shot as well but these guys say that RBI has not given such instructions because they just dont care about their customer's and other banks Do... Also the management is so rude at Tilak Nagar & rajouri garden branch. They don't respect the customer's, & don't know how to talk and behave with the customer's. I would go an close my a/c along with my all referrals who have opened the a/c after my suggestion ...i will also post this on Social media so that people can get to know these cheaters...Be aware from these 420 people...
