Kotak Mahindra Bank — Incorrect transaction and wrongly debited amount | |||
I had swiped my Kotak bank debit card at a hotel, and got an sms stating the amount was debited from my account. But the card swiping machine was reset before printing the receipt and the transaction seems to be aborted. Upon checking the last 3 successful transactions from that machine, mine was not present. I had to pay the amount again. Then I tried to contact Kotak bank customer care to complain about it. After struggling for around one hour, I am unable to succeed in it. Due to the internal error at Kotak (their voice message mentioned that), I couldn't tell them. Then I had sent my complaint through e-mail. Even after that I tried to contact the customer care for the past 3 days and couldn't contact them. So far no action has been taken in my case and am just waiting. Was this information helpful? | |||
