This complain regarding my two issues currently i am facing in my kotak credit card.
1. Dispute transactions :- booked two tickets (Two & fro) form banaras to kolkata through irctc website which costs me 1323/- each but the bank has debited 4 times, so at that time i complaint to the customer care & they ask "ok" it's a dispute transactions hence will update you. I have paid total 2, 646/- which i was liable in the same month (Jan-18). Now on 6th june 2018, i am getting an information "sir you are liable to pay for the same" this is unfortunate. How come i am liable to pay, it's your issue, if you want will share you my transactions from irctc website but this un-ethical to harass your customer.
2. Regarding the second one, it's an amount of 8, 506/-. The big problem is when ever we speak to customer care, different people have different understanding to inform you, no one talk fundamental. I purchased an article from tata cliq on 19th apr-2018 with a value of 8, 506/- inr & requested the bank to facilate me the emi option, bank provide me the same on 19th apr-2018 & simultenously i returned the product to tata cliq in the same month, though i didn't like the product & 23rd apr-2018 i got the refund of 8, 506/- from tata cliq & have informed the same to bank to cancel my emi & in apr-2018 statement it's showing the bank cancel the emi on 25th apr-2018 as per the statement of may-2018, now again the one thing get calculated, receive & cancel in apr-18 & and in may it's been saying to me to pay 8, 506/- in may-18 statement. How come?? One thing is getting purchased, converted into emi & money get back to credit card in the same month & emi also cancel in the same month, than how the liablity are coming on my head, how come i am liable??
Finally this is something not expected & disappointing also from such a reputed organisation. Was this information helpful? |
