Kotak Mahindra Bank — Kotak account and amount on hold | |||||
I have always enjoyed the Kotak service and recommended everyone for his best services. But what I see today when my salary credited and the whole amount they hold. You know this very embarrassing to me. There was one lone amount was due and credit card minimum due which was total about 10K. Now my whole amount has been on hold and I have other liabilities which need to pay and I promised them for today. But unfortunately, all went false just because of my salary hold. I am using other bank service and they always help in some bad situation but this time Kotak regret to help me and they aren't deducting what exactly need to cut. My credit min due amount is 3711 and they asked me to pay 15200/- to pay to remove the hold. So what means the which I can see in my Kotak credit card page is false but there is no way where I can show them the min due amount and they are not agree with this. Which means the customer can only pay and pay more than min. I am really upset from Kotak services and never want to go and never recommend anyone. Currently, I am null and not able to do anything in a hard situation. From next time, I will ask my employer to give me my salary in cheque rather than in bank account. Thanks for your help and I really appreciate because I already informed and discussed with your team and they are working on this but I need this resolve asap. Please help me.
