- date of incident: 6th june 2020 & 7th june 2020 - atm cw fees-dom debited 8 times of rs.23.60 and 2 times of rs.10.03 in my account without even notifying me. - i need a proper explaination, * what is this about * about why this happened * when i got my money back - already i faced lot of issues with kotak about auto fixed deposit without notifying which made me fear. - now again this..
