No Amount has been confirmed yet and the INR 369.50 has been not been refunded yet (Lien amount in for financial year 2022)
Dear Team,
This is to bring to your attention multiple charges were deducted from my account which has recently come to my notice.
On 9th May, INR 750 was added to my account out of which I was able to transfer INR 326 to my main account while the rest INR 369.50 was restricted as Lien amount.
I contacted support earlier with no proper response. To my surprise, upon checking the statement, I noticed Kotak unfortunately has deducted all the amount (INR 369.50) on various charges (INR 256.50 | INR 147.50 | INR 29.50), Attaching the charges below.
On 19th April. M/S Pooja Chauhan from Kotak replied the amount shall be refunded back (Check Interaction ID 7616809 ) but the representative did not confirm the amount to be refunded on email nor have I received the refund.
Team, Sincere request to reverse the lien amount (INR 369.50) as the amount was immediately held upon adding the sum, I shall be obliged with the issue can be resolved at earliest.
