Kotak Mahindra Bank — Lien ATM TBMS charges deducted from my account when there is no ATM Issued in account.

There is a Lien charge on My account of INR 292.33 because of which I am not able to use my account. I have no idea why these charges are showing in my account. . As mail received from Help centre these charges relate to ATM POS charges, I don't have issued ATM Card and no ATM Transaction was done with this account These charges should be reversed..
