Kotak Mahindra Bank — Lien charges deducted without any notification | |
I had open my kotak 0 balance account couple of year back but because of some reason, the account was inactive, Now one of my payee added 1000 to that account and my account become active. When i checked balance it is appearing only 557 and 442 is deducted as Lien amount. Last year when i visited branch to close my account, they said that it will automatically freeze after 6 month and deny to close at that point. I do not have any notification about charges on in active account prior.
