Kotak Mahindra Bank — Lien on account

I have maintaining two consumer durable loan account in kotak mahindra Bank. i have paid the amount manually through the app along with bouncing charge. But after that day bank have debited extra amount from my account. Today my friend transferred money to my kotak account, from that amount also you have charged money in the name of lien. disappointed with your service. why are you charging money back to back from my account.
