[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Mental Disturbance | |
Already paid up kotak credit card bill with reference number of #[protected] after that also Kotak people are harassing and abusing with bad words that I haven’t paid the amount. Even after getting confirmation from bank text. Inspite of paying on time due to technical issue my transaction got stuck and they charged with penalty for delay in payment even the server issue was from kotak account. People have mentally disturbed me with unlimited calls back to back with some rude people.
