Kotak Mahindra Bank — Moratorium application issue. | |
Even though i had applied for moratorium for the month of april and may and then again for june-july-august, kotak tried to charge me. Due to insufficient funds, the payment bounced and i was charged debit return fees for the month of april and june. I have the confirmation that i have applied for the moratorium. I’m no where at fault here still i have to bear a loss of around ₹[protected]. This is completely a fault of kotak that they tried to charge me even after applying for moratorium. Please do look into it at the earliest and find a way to get my money reimbursed. Either you refund my money or ask the other bank to refund it. I’m no where at fault here.
