Kotak Mahindra Bank — Moratorium not implemented as per rbi directive | |||||
I have applied for Moratorium as per RBI directive for 6 months till August, multiple emails has been send the EMI has been debited from my account after I have applied for Moratorium and Kotak bank are replying with mails they will not stop the ecs on my bank account which attracts damages if the ecs are returned .I am attaching the lap no18035886 and lap no18022080. They are rejecting Moratorium and claiming they can do it as per banks decretion. The Bank has been harassing customer who have never had any default before the pandemic situation and they have no value for RBI directive. They are adding mental mental agony during this unprecedented times to our entire family . Was this information helpful? | |||||
