My mutual fund purchase transaction submitted on 26th aug is not processed yet and today is Sept3. Money debited from my bank account on transaction date. Sent an email to [protected]@kotak.com but no further updates. Talked to customer service executive who assured resolution by end of day but to no avail. Case# assigned is CAS-716661-R3P3
This is pathetic how this firm considered to be a premium financial services entity in the country but cannot handle a simple transaction. I can understand issues occur sometimes but how you manage/provide service marks your true commitment, corp responsibility and service. Right now, Kotak mutual fund doesn’t deserve any credit in any of the above areas
In fact, they deserve to be penalized and brought to account to not satisfying their fiduciary responsibilities Was this information helpful? |
