Date - 23-aug-2020 time between 15:20:53 to 17:17:14, dear kotak mahindra team, i am mahesh guntuka. I had paid the money to one of my friend through upi transaction for the amount rs. 3, 200+3, 200=6, 400/- with help of kotak mobile banking app. Payment amount was debited from my account and i have receive the confirmation message and emails (Attached) from the bank but my friend (End user) haven't received any amount or confirmation from the bank. We wish to inform you that if the transaction is failed, the amount gets credited to the account within Transaction+1 working days.
