Kotak Mahindra Bank — Recovery Team's Illegal Harassment | |
I have been issued a settlement letter from Kotak Mahindra and has been given time till January 2021 to pay off the due. Still some goons from Kotak Mahindra Noida 125 branch are calling my ex colleagues and using slangs and discussing about my credit information. Also telling them that I have given their number as a reference. Which I never ever done. Now my queries are 1. Is this RBI's act which has been followed by Kotak Bank's recovery team? 2.
