Kotak Mahindra Bank — Refund amount still not credited to my account even after 1 month | |||
Refund amount 299 Rs. still not credited to my account. I did total 1856 Rs. payment for amazon.in from my account number[protected] using ING Vysya Debit card ending with 1009 on 23rd May 2016 with reference number[protected]. One of the order of 299 Rs. was cancelled so I am expecting refund from them which is processed by amazon.in at 31st May 2016. I already sent approx 5-6 mails regarding the above explained but still no resolution happened. Last response from Bank was as follows: Dear Mr.Bharambe, Thank you for banking with us. It is our constant endeavour to make your banking experience easy, safe and rewarding. This has reference to your email dated June 09, 2016. We would like to inform you that, we have raised the issue to our concerned division for having the same checked and we shall revert to you at the earliest. We request your co-operation in the interim. The reference number for this query is 1-[protected].
