My name is sabbir sameja and i had ordered hp laptop of rs.30490/- hp 15-0239au in amazon on 20/01/2020 oder no is #[protected] and after 26/01/2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 01/02/2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 3s110000000000003161304vq and told me to fill charge dispute form but kotak bank doesn't have such policy. So
