So this is regarding my car LOAN NOC. Iâve closed my LOAN long back around 2-3 years ago. Now we have no idea how the NOC document thing works. Now after 3 years when I am asking for the document your team says that it had dispatched 2-3 years back you must have gotten it. But I didnât receive any document nor I have received any call or mail regarding dispatch of NOC.
The person named SARIKA talked rudely to me on phone saying that youâll HAVE to pay for the duplicate NOC even after Kotak Mahindraâs not at all informing policy about anything regarding the NOC, either through mail or call.
Now, as I wanted the document urgently I thought let it be Iâll pay the amount and get duplicate. I have submitted the request on Thursday 9 September and paid the fine for duplicate NOC. I had asked for more documents required for the application which I submitted on Sunday 13 September. Now today is 16 sept and I have not received a single call or message regarding dispatch of the duplicate NOC. I WANT THE DOCUMENT TILL FRIDAY AT ANY COST. Even in the mail it was written it will be received in 3-4 working days after applying for duplicate NOC.
If I donât get the document by tomorrow that is Friday 17 sept I will lodge a case on Kotak Mahindra in Consumer court. Enough of this ### service.
