Kotak Mahindra Bank — Regarding transaction failed redbus and ebus | |||
Hi, Sr1-[protected] I am writing this email after getting frustrated with the kotak customer care service about my reported issue. It has been more than a month my money was deducted through three unsuccessful transaction to redbus\ebus and there has been no action over it. Redbus\ebus has denied any transaction happening into their account. I have been calling the customer care now and then but each time they say they are sending issues to other team etc etc. I have got mention bellow mail from red bus. Which has not got money. Dear customer, This e-mail is in response to your request, for the refund of the money that is deducted on www.redbus.in. We regret the inconvenience caused to you. The money that is deducted from your account has not reached us as its a fail transaction. From our past experience, we have seen that in such cases, the money normally remains with the bank. This refund will be initiated by your bank. Usually in such cases, banks automatically refund the amount in 2 bank working days. If you don’t see the refund in 2 bank working days, kindly get in touch with your bank. We hope to serve you again in the future.
