* As per my recent Cibil report, a Kotak Mahindra bank credit card is shown with dues which is not related to me.
* Complaint registered date - 2 November 2023. It was confirmed by customer support that there is no credit card on my name. The same has to be clarified to CIBIL authority so that the wrong detail can be removed by CIBIL team on confirmation of KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK.
* The revert back time from bank was 24 hrs as mentioned by customer care executive but no call received from Customer care till 8 Nov 2023 to resolve the issue.
* I called again on 8 Nov 2023 to follow up. Complaint number mentioned by Ms. Priyanka from customer support is 04077647. Revert back time given by customer support is 24 hr i.e by 9 Nov 2023, 4 Pm.
I am trying to take loan, but I am getting it at very high interest rate without my fault. This is very unfortunate that I am getting harassed & no solution is given by KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK till today.
You are kindly requested to take immediate action and resolve the issue with CIBIL team without any further delay and get the wrong detail removed from my CIBIL REPORT.
